The Vitic Elemental Impurities Excipient Database can be incorporated into ICH Q3D risk assessments and is the result of one of Lhasa’s successful data sharing consortia.
Users can search the database by excipient name and view elemental impurities data associated with each excipient. These results can then be exported and used in your ICH Q3D risk assessments as described in 3 case studies.

The 2019.1.0 database contains the following data:
- New data records = 982
- Total data records = 8,196
- New substances = 31
- Total substances = 295
